Custom Software Integrations

Microsoft 365 Integrations for Tucson

We build Microsoft Graph connections only when your permissions, licensing, tenant policy, and supported endpoints allow. We do not claim partner status.

Graph Connections and Permissions

We connect to Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, or users only when your tenant policy and licensing permit. We use Microsoft Graph endpoints that are documented and supported. We do not claim access to features outside your license. Feasibility depends on provider changes.

Delegated vs App-Only Access

Delegated or app-only access is chosen from the use case and tenant policy. Requested Graph permissions and any required administrative consent are documented, reviewed, and limited to the selected operations. Token storage, rotation, and revocation use the controls available in the chosen architecture.

Throttling and Change Notifications

Throttling, retry guidance, and endpoint limits follow current Microsoft documentation and observed behavior. Change notifications are used only where supported and selected; other flows may require polling. Neither path guarantees immediate or complete synchronization.

Governance and Disable Path

We provide a governance document covering data access, retention, and review. We build a disable path that revokes access cleanly. Monitoring is limited to what Graph exposes. Communication, payment, accounting, and legal decisions stay with you and your counsel.

What the engagement can produce

Practical deliverables

Permission and Consent Plan

A document listing each Graph permission, the type (delegated or app-only), and the admin consent required. No hidden scopes.

Token and Secret Handling Procedure

A documented credential process covering storage, access, rotation, revocation, and log-redaction decisions for the selected architecture.

Throttle and Retry Engine

Code that handles 429 responses, retries with backoff, and writes failures to an error queue.

Governance and Disable Runbook

Instructions for your admin to review usage, revoke access, and disable the integration. Includes ownership.

Custom software decision guide

Is Microsoft 365 Integrations Right for Your Business?

Start with the business problem and desired outcome. The consultation determines whether this service is the right next step, what should come first, and what does not need to be built.

Best fit

Who This Is For

A strong fit when off-the-shelf tools force damaging workarounds, critical systems do not integrate, or a unique workflow deserves a purpose-built application.

Business outcome

What Should Change

Software shaped around verified users, decisions, data and operational constraints—with ownership and maintenance defined before the build.

Scope control

What Happens First

We inspect the current process, define the constraint and agree on success criteria before recommending implementation.

A practical process

From Current Constraint to Working System

  1. 1

    Diagnose

Review the goal, current workflow, available data and the point where progress breaks down.

  2. 2

    Define

Agree on priorities, deliverables, responsibilities, measurement and the smallest useful scope.

  3. 3

    Implement

Build or improve the approved components, test the handoffs and document ongoing ownership.

  4. 4

    Improve

Review real performance, correct weak points and expand only when the evidence supports it.

Common questions

Before You Start Microsoft 365 Integrations

What problems can this service help solve?

We start with discovery, requirements and workflow mapping so the business can validate scope before committing to architecture and implementation.

Can Envy Leads work with our existing team and tools?

Yes. The first step is understanding what already works, who owns each part of the process and where the handoffs fail. Existing staff, vendors and systems can remain when they support the approved plan.

What happens after the free consultation?

You receive a clear recommendation for the next step. If implementation makes sense, scope, responsibilities and expected deliverables are defined before work begins.
