Integration Services

ServiceTitan Integrations for Tucson Trades

We build ServiceTitan V2 API integrations only with your authorized access and a permitted integration path. We cover jobs, projects, invoices, and pricebook only when your tenant and plan support them. We never encourage credential sharing or prohibited tunneling.

Authorized Access and Environment

Customer authorization, a permitted integration path, approved application credentials, tenant access, and scopes are required. Development and pre-production testing use ServiceTitan's authorized integration environment and current V2 process; production access follows customer and platform approval.

Data Scope and Mapping

We only connect to objects your ServiceTitan plan exposes through the V2 API. We map fields for jobs, projects, invoices, and pricebook items with a source-of-truth document. Validation rules, required fields, and unit conversions are specified before development. We handle idempotency where the API supports it.

Staged Release and Reconciliation

We deploy in stages: first a read-only sync, then a limited write test, then full operation. Each stage includes reconciliation reports comparing source counts to ServiceTitan records. We respect rate limits and use retries with exponential backoff. Webhooks are used only if your API access includes them.

Limits, Monitoring, and Rollback

Monitoring is limited to signals exposed by the selected V2 APIs and surrounding application. Deployment includes staged enablement plus documented stop, reconciliation, and recovery procedures. The customer retains data, tenant, credential, and legal ownership; Envy Leads makes no partner or certification claim.

What the engagement can produce

Practical deliverables

Tenant Access and Scope Confirmation

A written confirmation of your ServiceTitan tenant's authorized scopes, integration environment availability, and which V2 API endpoints are accessible.

Staged Integration Plan

A phased rollout plan: read-only sync first, then limited writes, then full operation. Each phase has a go/no-go checkpoint.

Field Mapping and Validation Workbook

A versioned workbook for each field in scope, including ServiceTitan target, required values, transformations, validation, and supported duplicate controls.

Reconciliation and Rollback Runbook

A scheduled reconciliation process and a step-by-step rollback guide. Includes rate-limit handling and error queue documentation.

Custom software decision guide

Is ServiceTitan Integrations Right for Your Business?

Start with the business problem and desired outcome. The consultation determines whether this service is the right next step, what should come first, and what does not need to be built.

Best fit

Who This Is For

A strong fit when off-the-shelf tools force damaging workarounds, critical systems do not integrate, or a unique workflow deserves a purpose-built application.

Business outcome

What Should Change

Software shaped around verified users, decisions, data and operational constraints—with ownership and maintenance defined before the build.

Scope control

What Happens First

We inspect the current process, define the constraint and agree on success criteria before recommending implementation.

A practical process

From Current Constraint to Working System

  1. 1

    Diagnose

Review the goal, current workflow, available data and the point where progress breaks down.

  2. 2

    Define

Agree on priorities, deliverables, responsibilities, measurement and the smallest useful scope.

  3. 3

    Implement

Build or improve the approved components, test the handoffs and document ongoing ownership.

  4. 4

    Improve

Review real performance, correct weak points and expand only when the evidence supports it.

Common questions

Before You Start ServiceTitan Integrations

What problems can this service help solve?

We start with discovery, requirements and workflow mapping so the business can validate scope before committing to architecture and implementation.

Can Envy Leads work with our existing team and tools?

Yes. The first step is understanding what already works, who owns each part of the process and where the handoffs fail. Existing staff, vendors and systems can remain when they support the approved plan.

What happens after the free consultation?

You receive a clear recommendation for the next step. If implementation makes sense, scope, responsibilities and expected deliverables are defined before work begins.
