Custom Software for Tucson

Inventory visibility without the illusion of perfection

Stock counts change by the hour, especially across a Tucson warehouse and multiple job sites. We build inventory apps that track what you actually have, where it is, and what is moving—while being honest about discrepancies and the limits of any system.

Item and location models

We define your inventory structure: items, variants, units, and locations (warehouse, truck, job site). You decide whether items are serialized or batch-tracked. The model is built from your physical reality, not a generic SKU system. We document every assumption and validate it with a physical walkthrough if needed.

Receiving, transfers, and adjustments

Receiving is where errors often start. We build a receiving flow with purchase order matching and exception handling. Transfers between locations require a source and destination, and they can be partial or full. Adjustments are logged with a reason code and an approver. We do not allow silent changes; every adjustment is visible in the history.

Counts, reorder signals, and permissions

Cycle counts and full counts are supported with a guided process that minimizes double-counting. Reorder signals are based on your reorder points and lead times, but they are suggestions, not automatic purchase orders. Permissions control who can receive, transfer, adjust, or count—and who can only view.

Integration boundaries and reconciliation

Scanning requirements are evaluated against selected devices, labels, environments, and workflows; a manual path remains available where scanning is unsuitable. Accounting or ERP connections are scoped to documented interfaces and fields, with representative-device and data testing.
