CRM Integration for Tucson Teams

We build CRM connections that respect your source-of-truth, ownership, and consent boundaries. We do not claim universal compatibility or perfect data.

Selected CRM Connections Only

The connection is limited to the CRM objects and operations selected by the owner and supported by the current plan, permissions, API access, and provider terms. Feasibility is verified against the live account and current documentation before build.

Source-of-Truth and Field Mapping

A source-of-truth decision is documented for each field in scope, along with required values, types, transformations, and validation. Matching and deduplication rules reduce known duplicate patterns but cannot guarantee unique or correct records.

Ownership, Consent, and Sync Cadence

Ownership, consent, and contact-status boundaries come from owner-approved policy and source records. Sync cadence follows operational needs and provider limits. Retries, error queues, manual review, and reconciliation are designed around observed failure modes.

Error Handling and Reconciliation

Available failure events and context support manual review. Reconciliation compares the selected source and target fields within provider and monitoring limits; it does not automatically repair every inconsistency.

What the engagement can produce

Practical deliverables

Field Mapping Document

A reviewed mapping table for the source, target, transformation, ownership, and validation rules of each field in scope.

Deduplication Ruleset

Configurable rules for matching records, with a clear explanation of limitations. No promise of perfect matching.

Sync Engine with Error Queue

A service that runs on your chosen cadence, respects rate limits, retries with backoff, and writes failures to a queue for review.

Reconciliation Report

A periodic report showing counts of matched, missing, and conflicting records, based only on data the provider exposes.
